Company means MARKET LINK LLC. Company address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Sverdlovsky District, 62 Kievskaya St. Registration number: 303671-3301-000. TIN: 9909692242.

Order means a Buyer's request to receive a Product, placed in accordance with the requirements of the Site.

Client means a legal entity or individual who has placed an Order with the Company.

Products means goods (works, services, results of intellectual activity) sold by the Company to the Client through the online store in the manner and on the terms set by the Agreement concluded between them.

Agreement means the terms set out in this User Agreement.

2.1.Arcania offers the Client to purchase and use the Company's Products on the terms set out in this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement takes effect when the Client expresses consent to its terms in the manner provided in clause 2.2 of the Agreement.

2.2.The Client accepts the Agreement by pressing the “Pay” button at the Order payment stage.

2.3.The Client hereby agrees to receive the Company's Products remotely.

2.3.1.The Client hereby acknowledges that Products and other deliverables are provided to the Client by the Company only over the Internet, according to the schedule in clause 3.1.2.1 of this Agreement.

2.4.Any Product sold remains the property of the Company, except in the case under clause 3.2.3 of this Agreement, when the intellectual property right is transferred to the Client.

2.5.The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement without subsequent notice to the Client.

3.1.Under this Agreement the Company undertakes to:

3.1.2.Provide consulting to the Client on working days.

3.1.2.1.Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 Moscow time, excluding public holidays commonly observed in the Russian Federation.

3.1.3.Provide Products to the Client for remuneration from the Client.

3.2.Under this Agreement the Company may:

3.2.1.Refuse to provide services if the Client has breached this Agreement and/or requests unpaid functionality.

3.2.2.Issue a partial or full refund by agreement with the Client if the obligations in clause 3.1 were not fulfilled.

3.2.3.Use, demonstrate and distribute for marketing, business or other purposes if the Client has not paid marketing costs and/or for the transfer of intellectual property rights.

3.2.3.1.The Company may transfer intellectual property rights if the Client requests this transfer before paying for the Order.

3.3.Under this Agreement the Client undertakes to:

3.3.1.Pay for the Company's services in the amount stated by the Company.

3.3.2.Test and approve the Products and materials developed by the Company within the time and in the manner set by the Company.

3.4.Under this Agreement the Client may:

3.4.1.Request changes to the project from the Company if the desired changes match the approved Product. Other changes are paid for by the Client separately.

4.1.The cost of creating the product is stated in the technical specification; VAT does not apply because the Contractor uses the simplified tax system.

4.2.The price of a Product is set by the Company and may be changed at any time without subsequent notice to the Client, but only before remuneration is received from the Client.

4.3.Payment is made through a payment service using a personal payment link for the Product (issued through private messages of the VKontakte community, a Telegram bot, a Discord bot or on the Company's site).

4.4.The following payment cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR. To pay by bank card when placing an order in the online store, choose the bank card payment method. When paying by bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your card details: 1) card type, 2) card number, 3) expiry date, 4) CVC2/CVV2 code. If your card is enrolled in 3D-Secure, you will be redirected automatically to the page of the issuing bank for authentication. For the rules and methods of additional identification, contact the bank that issued your card.

5.1.The Client permits the Company to process the Client's personal data in order to fulfil obligations and provide the Product.

5.2.The Client consents to the processing (collection, processing, storage, transfer, disposal) of their personal data for the Company to fulfil its obligations under the Agreement, for processing the payment and receiving an electronic receipt, and for marketing purposes.

5.3.The Company may transfer confidential information to state or local authorities to which the Company must provide information under applicable law upon a corresponding request.
