Consent to recurring payments

1.1.This Consent governs the automatic regular debiting of funds from the User's account through SBP (the Faster Payments System) in favour of MARKET LINK LLC (the “Company”) for access to the Arcania modpack (the “Subscription”).

1.2.A recurring payment is an automatic repeated debit of funds under an SBP account link without repeated confirmation by the User.

2.1.Recurring payments are enabled at the first payment for the Subscription on arcania.fun.

2.2.By making the first payment and confirming consent to these terms (the “I agree” mark and pressing “Pay”), the User creates an account link (an SBP subscription) and instructs that it be used for subsequent automatic debits.

2.3.Account and bank card details are not stored by the Company. Payment data and SBP account links are processed by the payment provider AntiloPay in accordance with its security rules (PCI DSS standard).

3.1.The amount debited is the price of the plan chosen by the User (Starter, Standard, Premium or Legend) according to the prices stated on the site at the time of checkout, at intervals matching the chosen Subscription term (monthly for a 1-month term, and likewise for other terms).

3.2.The first debit is made at checkout. Subsequent debits are made automatically on the date of the next billing period.

3.3.No trial period is provided unless expressly stated in the terms of a specific plan.

3.4.The Subscription remains in effect until the User cancels it or until its term expires, if the term is limited.

4.1.Information about the price, debit frequency, next payment date and cancellation procedure is provided to the User before recurring payments are enabled, on the checkout page and in the personal account.

4.2.1–3 days before the next debit, a notification may be sent to the email given at registration.

5.1.If a debit fails due to insufficient funds, withdrawal of the account link, a blocked account or card, or another reason, access to the Subscription may be suspended.

5.2.The Company and/or the payment provider may retry the debit. Number of retries: up to 3 within 7 days.

6.1.The User may cancel recurring payments at any time in one of these ways:

6.1.1.in the personal account on the site — arcania.fun/account;

6.1.2.by sending a request to the support email — support@arcania.fun.

6.2.Cancellation stops future automatic debits. A period already paid for remains in effect until the end of the paid term, unless the plan terms provide otherwise.

7.1.Refunds are made in accordance with the terms of the public offer, the refund policy and applicable law.

7.2.If the User considers a debit to be a mistake, they may contact support at support@arcania.fun within 14 days of the debit date.

8.1.The Company may change the price, frequency or other Subscription terms by notifying the User at least 10 days before the changes take effect.

8.2.If the User does not agree with the changes, they may cancel the Subscription before the next debit date.
